Store Policies
- Due to the nature and safety for us and our customers, ALL TUMBLER SALES ARE FINAL!
- We work hard to get tumblers out as fast as possible. In most cases starting on your tumbler the next day. Cancellations MUST be completed the SAME DAY as the order.
- If there is an issue with your order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY, within 24 hours of delivery so that we can assist you. If it is our mistake we will fix it for you.
- We are not responsible for scratched, dropped or mishandling of your tumbler.
- We are not responsible for names spelled wrong if they are sent incorrectly. Please double check your spelling.
- Allow 3-4 weeks for shipping date not including weekends.
